Day 6 - Nov 13th - Still at Sea!

Still at Sea! It's a two day sail to South Georgia. Don't cover a lot of ground when you do 15 Nauts! Will be reaching the first landing site tomorrow morning at 5am and will be doing our first wet landing on to one of the Islands. Went through a decontamination routine where we had to decontaminate our boots and any outer wear including our backpacks. This is to prevent any invasive species to enter the islands from outside! We even had to sign a declaration to this effect that our outerwear has been decontaminated.
Pretty much water everywhere…well its the ocean! In the afternoon we passed by Shag Rocks - huge rocks in the middle of the ocean, actually in the middle of no where! Pretty spectacular and HUGE!
